📊 Pax Mercatura DKP System – Draft v3

The Dragon Kill Point (DKP) system is Pax Mercatura’s official contribution and merit-tracking framework. It enables structured, fair, and transparent distribution of rewards, billet eligibility, and advancement within the guild hierarchy.

⚖️ Purpose

DKP provides a formalized system to:

  • Quantify and record tangible member contributions
  • Determine eligibility for high-demand rewards (loot, vendor access, crafting privileges)
  • Enable transparent promotions and billet assignments
  • Foster disciplined, sustained participation across all Companies

🤫 DKP Categories

Points are earned in the following contribution domains:

Vendor Operations Turn-in of inventory to guild officers for vendor stocking. DKP based on category demand and quality tier. Priority list updated quarterly. 2–5
Crafting Orders Fulfilled member or mission-based requests. Elite/high-complexity crafts may earn higher DKP. 2–6
Resource Delivery Turn-in of raw materials to stockpiles (e.g. board, ingot, cloth quotas) 1–5
Event Participation Attendance and active involvement in guild missions, boss hunts, raids 3–10
Market Intelligence Verified pricing trends, arbitrage alerts, shortage notifications 3–6
Leadership Duties Squad/Platoon leadership, billet officer duties, or AAR (After Action Report) contributor 3–6
Treasury Management Gold transfers, pricing audits, DKP logging (Actuarius role) 2–4
Exceptional Acts Emergency vendor bailouts, gamebreaking intel, top-craft fulfillment 5–10
Guild Stewardship Mentoring new members, writing guides, or contributing infrastructure documentation 2–4
Market Maker Role Ongoing trade activity that stabilizes supply or price levels for guild vendors 3–5

Note: Exceptional Acts and high-tier DKP claims require two officer validations. All contributions may be audited.

⏱ DKP Periods

  • DKP is reviewed and awarded bi-weekly by the Actuarius and relevant Centurios.

  • All contributions must be logged via:

  • #audit-log channel (vendor/craft/report work)

  • DKP submission forms (for major turn-ins)
  • Discord officer validation (for events or emergency actions)
  • Randomized monthly audits will verify high-point or Exceptional entries.

🎖️ DKP Awards & Usage

10 DKP Minor crafting priority access (1st pick) Requesting a specific slayer instrument or aspect core before others.
20 DKP Priority listing or item request via vendor officer Requesting crafted potions or gear be stocked in a guild vendor.
30 DKP Loot priority – standard-tier bind-on-pickup items First rights to a dropped Death Aspect Core during a raid.
40 DKP Loot priority – rare-tier bind-on-pickup items Claiming a War Phylactery after a dungeon boss kill.
50 DKP Loot priority – epic-tier bind-on-pickup items Securing a newly released Arcane Mastery Chain Link after a guild event.
50 DKP Billet eligibility or advancement nomination Consideration for Squad Leader or Quartermaster billet roles.
75+ DKP Leadership track consideration + honor title eligibility Eligible for Centurio nomination or earning titles like "Quartermaster Emeritus."

Titles and achievement badges may also be awarded for sustained top-tier contribution or strategic value.

📋 DKP Transparency & Reset Policy

  • All DKP is logged in the guild database by the Actuarius.
  • Public read-only summaries are published weekly in #dkp-board.
  • DKP does not reset, except during major quarterly seasonal campaigns.
  • Seasonal campaigns offer limited-time bonus DKP and strategic objectives.

🚫 Exclusions & Enforcement

  • Passive attendance without contribution does not earn DKP.
  • All DKP entries must be validated by at least one officer (two if flagged high-tier).

  • Abuse (e.g., self-logging, inflation) results in permanent disqualification from:

  • Reward pools

  • Billet roles
  • DKP system participation

  • Crafter turns in 10 exceptional instruments for bard support loadouts (priority list): 5 DKP
  • Member submits weekly market bulletin with verified screenshot trends: 4 DKP
  • Officer runs a boss hunt with 6 members and uploads full After Action Report: 6 DKP
  • New recruit mentored through gear progression and tier 1 aspect setup: 3 DKP to mentor
